Sebastian and Christina utilize a variety of sound healing tools such as drums, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, chimes, chapakas, strings, and other instruments to weave and create a landscape for deepening our connection to self. This experience is a sanctuary for self-care, providing a sacred, loving, and safe container for your inner journey. Christina and Sebastian’s mission is to share the frequency of love through sound, empower others to connect with their true essence and unifying community through spiritual connection. Through their practice, they hold space for self exploration and deepen the connection to source. This is a transformative process that supports the journey inward. Christina is an Integrated Wellness Practitioner weaving practices of ancient and modern wisdom. She is captivated by the journey to self to connect with the soul's path and remember who we truly are. Sebastian is a sound practitioner and meditation guide, passionate about guiding individuals towards their inner peace, physical well-being and spiritual growth. He emphasizes the importance of breath awareness, integration of mind and body; guiding people to find balance and harmony within themselves.
